Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Permanent)

Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs for our digital products, including websites and mobile apps. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that your designs are translated into high-quality, functional products that meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities:

• Understand user needs and create designs that meet those needs
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts
• Collaborate with development team to ensure that designs are translated into high-quality, functional products
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions
• Stay up-to-date with latest design trends and technologies
• Continuously gather feedback and iterate on designs

Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio of UI/UX design work
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on digital products
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or similar
• Understanding of responsive design and ability to create designs that work on different devices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience conducting user research and testing
